The news follows a successful year which saw sound design and music production studio String and Tins receive the coveted President’s Award at Creative Circle.
Industry heavyweights senior producer Sian Hagan and sound designer Ian ‘Arge’ Hargest join String and Tins, to bolster their already stellar Sound Design and Music offering. The duo bring extensive experience from successful careers across well-known audio facilities, including Envy and Absolute Post.

Sian brings production expertise, calm leadership, and a genuine passion for getting great work over the line. With 20 years spent launching major sporting events and brand campaigns alike, she has built a reputation for precision under pressure, with career highlights including a Royal Television Society Award and turning a football stadium into a 500-strong choir for an unforgettable recording session.
Arge has brought a rare combination of sound design, recording, and immersive mixing expertise to multi-award-winning work across advertising, film, TV, and immersive audio. Having worked with leading advertising agencies, acclaimed directors, and major broadcasters, from landmark campaigns like 'If Carlsberg Did…' to Dolby Atmos experiences for Sky Glass, he has picked up a host of D&ADs and major sound awards along the way, building a reputation for perfectionism, creative flair, technical mastery, and versatility.
